Our very OWN FARM's produce
Spring quail- $18.00 per pack of 10 quails. (Halal & HPB Healthy choice certified) ( Hari raya season, PLEASE order in advance)
It is the meat of young quail therefore the meat is tender and less fat, HPB healthy choice. Good for most style of cooking. Taste almost like chicken but much more sweeter. The gross weight per pack is about 800gm to 1Kg and frozen.
Old quail-$8.50 per pack of 5 quail.
It is the older quail, which is the meat is tough and is only good for herbal soup, stock, porridge and curry. Gross weight for 5 quail is 400-500gm and frozen.
Large quail-$25.00 per pack of 5 quail.
This is the meat of the French Coturnix, which is twice the size and weight of the spring quail. It is also the meat of the young quail therefore multipurpose but usually it is use for roast, grill or bake due to it size. The gross weight for 5 quail is 800gm to 1Kg and frozen.
Jumbo quail-$8.00 per quail.
This is the meat of the XL French Coturnix, which is 3X the size and weight of the spring quail. It is also the meat of the young quail therefore multipurpose but usually it is use for roast, grill or bake due to it size. The gross weight for 1 quail is 235gm to 270gm and frozen.
Pigeon Squab-$28.00 per bird. ( Sorry, Out of Stock)
This squab is the baby pigeon, which is very popular in Hong Kong for roasting and herbal soup. The meat is very gammy and taste quite like duck. It requires reservation for purchase for they are all naturally produced, therefore while availability. Each squab is 300gm and frozen.
Guinea Fowl-$58.80 per fowl.
This is the smaller cousin of the turkey and come from Africa. Its Mandarin name is called Pearl Chicken. The meat is like turkey but it taste much more sweeter. Best for roasting and soup. The gross weight is 1-1.3Kg and frozen.
Kampong Chicken (Free range chicken)-$12.80 per chicken: This slightly yellow skin and black legged chicken which meat taste sweeter and more firm. Very good for herbal soup or stir fry.It imported in from our Malaysia, AVA approved farm and slaughter here in Singapore. Average weight per chicken is 1.1kg- 1.3Kg.
Kampong Chicken-Spring (Free range chicken)-$8.80 per chicken.
This is a spring chicken,slightly smaller but also taste as sweet and more tender. It is also imported in from Malaysia and slaughter here in Singapore. Average weight per chicken is 900gm- 1.1Kg.
Herbal Kampong Chicken- -$10.0 per chicken.
It is cooked and all you need to do is just to steam or micro wave it. The taste is as good as the herbal chicken from the restaurant but minus the high price tag. It is about 1kg size chicken
Old Chicken-$7.50 per chicken.
The old fowl is from our very own egg laying farms here in Singapore and the hen is famous for rheumatism by boiling with lemon grass, old ginger and small onions. It is also economical use in all restaurants for stock. It is also good for curry and in some dialect and race it is steam. It is very old therefore it is very fatty. Each is about 1.2-1.5kg and frozen.
Muscovy Duck-$26.00/kg.(Out of stock)
This duck to be less fatty and more meat. It is good for stew duck and herbal duck soup. Each duck is 3 to 3.5Kg and frozen.
Goose-$15.00/kg-
This huge fowl . Taiwan origin, come frozen and very limited. It is well known for roasting and stew. The weight for one goose is about 3Kg up. Advance order is required but no promises.
Extra service for roasting is provided at a cost of $25.00 for roasting 1 goose, and requires a reservation of 4days advance.
Crocodile meat-$9.50 per pack of 250gm.
The crocodile is breed locally and very good for skin problems. The Flank meat is use for soup while the tail meat is for stir-fry. Frozen and pack in 250gm.
Crocodile bone and meat-$28.50 per 1Kg.
The crocodile is from our Singapore farm and it very economical to use for soup and stock. It can be use for Ba Ku Teh or for sweet & sour ribs. Frozen and pack from 400-800 gm.
Crocodile, Whole Leg-$28.50 per Kg.
The crocodile whole leg come in two types, the front and the back (which is bigger).It can be roasted, curry or for soup. Frozen and sold according to its weight.

LOCAL FARM's EGGs
Quail Eggs-$1.50 per pack of 15 eggs.
These eggs are the egg of the quail which each egg only contain 1 fifth of the cholesterol of a chicken egg and is fresh from our farm, which can store in the chiller for 1 month.
Quail Eggs-$8.00 per tub of 100 eggs.
These eggs are very fresh from our farm, which can store in the chiller for 1 month. Great value for party and egg lover, see Article for verification on the level of cholesterol.
Quail Eggs JUMBO-$0.50 per egg. This egg is the egg of the Jumbo quail which come only fresh from our farm, which can store in the chiller for 1 month. It is as big as the pigeon's egg.
Pigeon egg-$5.00 per egg.
This egg is very rare for each pair of pigeon only lays 2 eggs a month. The egg claim to be good for complexion and it taste like our local Agar -Agar. The egg white is translucent and very aromatic. Like the pigeon squab, it requires reservation for purchase. The egg is slightly bigger than the quail’s egg and it is all white in colour.
Guinea Fowl egg-$1.00 per egg.
It is like a chicken egg except smaller and light brown dotted. Look and taste like a chicken egg except very aromatic. Like the pigeon egg please call for reservation.

Singapore's farm eggs, good for at least 30 days in chiller.

Chicken Egg, 1st Born-$2.00 per pack of 10 eggs.
Eggs from young hens, so call "virgin eggs". Contain less cholestrol and more protein, good for half-boiled eggs.
Chicken Egg, Silky white or Black chicken-$3.50 per pack of 10 eggs.
These eggs are from the Silky white or better known locally as the black chicken. It is produce here in our Lim Chu Kang farm.
Century Egg(cleaned & vacuum pack)-50 cents per eggs.-This century egg is made from duck egg but is very convenience due to it has been cleaned and vacuum packed and ever ready to eat without the mess.
IMPORTED FARM products
Turkey DrumStick, USA.- $12.00 per Kg. ( Out of Stock)
This is specially sold in drumstick and not the whole turkey which normally unable to finish. Frozen and each stick is about 1kg in weight.
Venison, New Zealand-$35 per Kg.
This is the meat of a deer and is in the form of steak. It is consider as red meat. It is sold in small vacuum pack and according to the weight label from the farm in New Zealand; therefore it is only in frozen form.
Rabbit, USA-$39 per Kg.
This is the meat of a young rabbit. It is sold whole rabbit. with out head vacuum pack and according to the weight label from the farm in United State; therefore it is only in frozen form.
Wildboar, USA-$50 per Kg.
The available parts are the legs and ribs. It is sold in chunk about 2-3kg and is only in frozen form.
